The New Mexico Office of Broadband Access and Expansion (OBAE) needs the services of Subject Matter Experts for E-Rate and Rural Health support. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals to establish a contract (or multiple contracts) for E-Rate support and consultation services through one or more of the following (three) Options:

- Option 1: Statewide E-rate support & training, and full filing services for regional consortia and the Statewide Education Network.
- Option 2: Full E-rate filing services for small schools (charters and rural districts).
- Option 3: Full Rural Health Care Program filing services for eligible health clinics.
