Vision:
Established in statue by House Bill 10 in 2021, the Connect New Mexico Council Digital Equity and Inclusion Working Group supports the development of New Mexico’s digital inclusion ecosystem by empowering, aligning, coordinating, and amplifying the digital inclusion efforts of member organizations. Mission: The Digital Equity, Accessibility and Inclusion Working Group ensures that equity, inclusion, and accessibility are the driving forces behind all actions of Broadband Initiatives in New Mexico. This ensures that all present and future New Mexicans have the capacity to access social, economic, educational, employment, cultural, and health opportunities. |

Mission: The mission of the Mapping Data & Evaluation Working Group of the Connect New Mexico Council (CNMC) is to provide data to the public, providers, and decision makers to identify areas and populations in New Mexico that are served, underserved, or unserved with regards to affordable, secure, and equitable broadband. We support the goals of CNMC and the Office of Broadband Access and Expansion (OBAE) by optimizing data analytics and decision support.
