Goals:

1. Meet and greet with the Network and Security Engineers operating the SEN and expanding its security framework
2. Updates on the Network status, future developments and timelines
3. Review of network tools for inventory, monitoring & automation
4. Breakout sessions for work on the School Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan (IRP) Pilot
5. Open discussion, feedback from schools and Q&A about services that should be available through the network

1. 9-9:30am – Welcome and introductions
2. 9:30-11:30 – Incident Response Plan (IRP) development
3. 11:30-12:00 - Technical presentation
4. ​12:00 - 1:30 - Break for Lunch

6. 2:30 – 4:00pm – Q&A + Feedback & Open discussion
