Vision:
Established in statue by House Bill 10 in 2021, the Connect New Mexico Council Digital Readiness and AdoptionWorking Group supports the development of New Mexico’s digital opportunity ecosystem by empowering, aligning, coordinating, and amplifying digital opportunity efforts of member organizations. 

Mission:
The Digital Readiness and Adoption Working Group ensures that digital opportunities for all are the driving forces behind actions of broadband initiatives in New Mexico. This ensures that all present and future New Mexicans have the capacity to access social, economic, educational, employment, cultural, and health opportunities online.
