10am - 11am - Presentations and Press Event in the Rotunda

Logistics for Broadband Day 2026:
Feb 11 - Deliver banners to Building Services to be hung from rotunda balcony early am on 12th
            - Confirm Governor’s appearance (we requested apple crate from Bldg. Services)

Feb 12 -
6am-7am - Deliver handouts to be distributed to legislator mailboxes
7am-8am - tables and chairs delivered by Santa Fe Party Rentals
                     Shaundel - OBAE Procurement contact
8am-9am - Stakeholders SET UP information tables
                      in the East and West Wings
                      Jennifer - will have table map and put placards on tables by 8am
                        Check tech to ensure media works and monitors can loop videos   
9am-12noon - Information tables open to the public
10am-11am - Presentations and Press Event in the Rotunda
                       Building Services - will set up 90 chairs, podium, mike,
                       and rolling monitor to show media by 9
