Accessibility Statement

On April 24, 2024, the United States Department of Justice issued its final rule revising the regulation implementing Title II of the ADA regarding web and mobile application accessibility.

Agencies and public-serving organizations are working to meet the new Digital Content Accessibility requirements by April 24, 2026, in order to ensure all New Mexicans of all abilities can access digital resources and services online.
